Spring Edition
As a renter of a Herron Homes property you are responsible to ensure these items are done:

Clean Gutters & Downspouts to prepare for storms

Open Crawlspace Vents (if applicable)

Change Air Filters (should be every other month)

Remove any fallen branches/limbs

Report any property damages or issues to Bella
Summer Edition
As a renter of a Herron Homes property you are responsible to ensure these items are done:​

Change Air filters to keep your AC unit from freezing
-
Wash off your outside AC Condensing Unit (Hose it down or remove any vegetation growth)

Maintain a Mowed Yard & Tidy Landscaping

Pickup and remove any fallen branches/limbs​

Report any property damages or issues to Bella
Fall Edition
As a renter of a Herron Homes property you are responsible to ensure these items are done:

Maintain Clean Landscape

Maintain mowing as long as grass is growing​

Dispose of leaves at the end of the fall season

Change Air Filters

Report any property damages or issues to Bella
Winter Edition
As a renter of a Herron Homes property you are responsible to ensure these items are done:

Clean Gutters & Downspouts to prepare for snow

Close Crawlspace Vents (if applicable)

Detach hoses (& winterize spigots)
-
Change Air Filters (should change every other month)

Report any property damages or issues to Bella
